Client Success Associate


Sprocket Sports is a rapidly growing technology company based in Chicago that is quickly emerging as a national leader in the youth sports marketplace. Our software and services help clubs streamline operations, reduce expenses and accelerate growth – freeing them up from the business of running a club so they can focus on what really matters: kids playing sports!

We are currently seeking a Client Success Associate to join our Client Services Team. Client Success Associates work directly with our client clubs to help them reap the benefits of Sprocket’s innovative software and services and turn them into raving fans. The ideal candidate has a passion for youth sports, knows how to deliver top-notch customer service, is adept at technical troubleshooting and has a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • Technology Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our platform and become the go-to expert for clients.
  • Website Management: Create and maintain client public and private websites, ensuring quality through rigorous testing.
  • Customer Support: Own incoming support requests from club administrators and members. Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries via email, phone, and voicemail.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, taking appropriate actions to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Communication: Keep clients and internal teams updated on the status of support tickets. Proactively identify trends and escalate issues as needed.
  • Professionalism: Communicate with customers professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility: Note that night and weekend work may be required at times.
Ideal Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Embodiment of the Sprocket values: Higher Standards, Greater Accountability, More Fun.
  • Preference for candidates with sports background and/or technology experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel, listen attentively, and provide clear responses.
  • High levels of professionalism, productivity, reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
