Client Success Associate
Job Description:
Sprocket Sports is on the lookout for a motivated Client Success Associate to join our Client Services team. If you're passionate about transforming youth sports, delivering top-notch service, and adept at managing innovative technology, we want you on our team. This role offers the ideal opportunity for those who excel in troubleshooting, enjoy helping others find solutions, and thrive on building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Platform Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our platform and become the go-to expert for clients. Provide information and deliver recommendations that exceed client expectations.
Website Management: Create and maintain client public and private websites, ensuring quality through rigorous testing.
Customer Support: Own incoming support requests from administrators and members. Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries via email, phone, and voicemail.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, taking appropriate actions to provide timely and effective solutions.
Communication: Keep clients and internal teams updated on the status of support tickets. Proactively identify trends and escalate issues as needed.
Professionalism: Communicate with customers professionally and maintain a "can-do" attitude.
Flexibility: Note that night and weekend work may be required.
Ideal Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preference for candidates with sports knowledge or industry experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel, listen attentively, and provide clear responses.
High levels of professionalism, productivity, reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
