New Faces of Sprocket Sports

Where are you from?
I grew up in Zionsville, Indiana (a suburb of Indianapolis) and Bowling Green, Ohio.

What college/university did you attend?
Indiana University

Where did you work prior to Sprocket Sports?
Prior to joining Sprocket, I worked in the education field as a Customer Success Manager at Solution Tree, where I supported educators in their growth through professional development. Before that, I was a 4th grade math teacher in Nashville, Tennessee.

Why are you excited to join Sprocket Sports?
I’m excited to join Sprocket because it combines two of my greatest passions: sports and kids! I grew up in a household where sports played a huge role in everyday life. Whether I was competing in my own events, cheering on my brother, supporting my dad’s team while he was a college coach, or just watching as a fan, there was always a game on (and there still is)! I’m thrilled to bring that lifelong enthusiasm to the Sprocket team.

What are your interests outside of work?
Running along the lake, trying new restaurants, traveling, taking workout classes, reading, and attending sporting events.

What is your favorite sport/team?
Indiana Hoosiers!

Where are you from?
I'm from Round Lake, Illinois which is about 15 to 20 minutes away from Six Flags in Gurnee. I was born in Chicago at Northwestern Hospital downtown.

What college/university did you attend?
DePaul University

Where did you work prior to Sprocket Sports?
I worked for 2 years at Tegus by AlphaSense. It was a startup when I first started in 2023 and then the company was purchased by AlphaSense in July 2024. Tegus is an all-in-one market research platform for investment firms. It also provides expert call services in the sense that clients can speak with industry experts through Tegus and get a first-person perspective as well as learn more about the topics surrounding the investment projects they are working on.

Why are you excited to join Sprocket Sports?
As someone who grew up playing basketball and has coached the sport at the youth level for 5 years, I couldn't be more excited to be apart of the Sprocket team and help make a positive and significant impact on the youth sports world.

What are your interests outside of work?
Watching movies, working out, trying out new restaurants, traveling, reading, and playing video games.

What is your favorite sport/team?
Chicago Bulls

Where are you from?
I grew up in South Bend, IN, but have also lived in Madison, WI and Indianapolis, IN, which is where I lived most recently.

What college/university did you attend?
Notre Dame

Where did you work prior to Sprocket Sports? 
I worked for 4 years at Epic Systems, the healthcare technology company in Madison, WI. I then worked for 3 years at TruStage (formerly known as CUNA Mutual Group), an insurance company also based out of Madison, WI. At both places as I was a developer. In high school, I worked as a dishwasher at Notre Dame and also as a food sampler at Costco.

Why are you excited to join Sprocket Sports?
I have always admired my friends whose careers enrich young people's lives, especially my friend who runs a youth theater in my hometown. I'm super excited and proud to work on something that facilitates, even a little bit, bringing kids together into that kind of positive community.

What are your interests outside of work?
Tennis, SNL, videogame dev, drawing, watching TV or movies with friends and family.

What is your favorite sport/team?
I'm a weirdo who likes the New York Yankees, Boston Celtics, and Baltimore Ravens. My dad grew up idolizing Mickey Mantle, Bill Russell, and Jim Brown, and I inherited his fandoms. In tennis, my favorite player right now is Carlos Alcaraz.

Where did you work prior to Sprocket Sports?
Worked at General Motors for 5+ years making logistics and manufacturing engineering software.

Why are you excited to join Sprocket Sports?
The space Sprocket is operating in seems underserved and provides the opportunity to grow and develop solutions that can make the experience better for anyone taking part in sports!

What are your interests outside of work?
I am really into biking. cooking, camping, travel and working out take up the rest of my free time if I can help it!
