Dan Ryan – Technology

“I am thrilled to join Sprocket Sports and bring my experience to enhance the Sprocket platform and elevate the youth sports experience,” said Ryan. “Sprocket Sports is already a best-in-class software solution that has an exciting future ahead in driving innovation, growth and success for youth sports clubs.”

Lauren Atamian – Business Development

Lauren Atamian joins Sprocket Sports with over a decade of experience in implementing leading Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions across various industries, including logistics, insurance, and benefits management. Having previously worked at bswift alongside several current Sprocket Sports team members, Lauren is thrilled to reunite with the team. Lauren earned a BSBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

“What I love about Sprocket Sports is that we offer a full suite of solutions uniquely tailored to the world of youth sports,” says Atamian. “I look forward to empowering clubs to function efficiently, market themselves effectively, and utilize the data and insights Sprocket provides to ultimately grow their club.”

Joe Champion – Business Development

Joe Champion brings a wealth of experience to Sprocket Sports, with a diverse background that includes serving as a Sales Executive for a SaaS startup focusing on employee engagement, running his own soccer consultancy company in California, and serving as a Director of Coaching (DOC) for youth soccer clubs. A native of England, Joe hold a BS from the University of Exeter as well as a U.S. Soccer Federation A License and a United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma.

Champion states, "As youth soccer has continued to evolve throughout the country, I’ve often questioned whether clubs have put enough focus on evolving their club management processes. I truly believe that if clubs are run better off the field, they can improve the experience on the field."

Sprocket Sports CEO Rich Gallun expressed his enthusiasm for the new additions, stating, "I'm thrilled to welcome Dan, Lauren and Joe to the team. Their backgrounds and dedication to improving the youth sports experience align perfectly with the mission at Sprocket Sports.
