Sno-King Selects Sprocket Sports as Technology Partner to Efficiently Manage Operations and Upgrade Online Customer Experience
Sprocket Sports, a modern, all-in-one platform for the management and marketing of youth sports clubs, today announced that it has partnered with Sno-King Amateur Hockey Association, a leading organization that serves roughly 1,450 players in the Seattle area. Sno-King selected Sprocket Sports based on its superior user experience, simplified registration process, and rich data insights and analytics.
Sno-King’s continued growth and commitment to quality led them to seek out a technology partner that could help them more efficiently manage their operations and provide their families with a better online experience. For Sno-King’s leaders, staff and coaches, Sprocket’s comprehensive operating system and advanced analytics and reporting tools free up their time to focus on what really matters to the association – the players. For parents, Sprocket provides an easy-to-use online registration and payment process as well as a user-friendly website, comprehensive communications, and a mobile app with schedules, rosters and alerts.
“We are thrilled to partner with Sprocket Sports,” said Gordon Hancock, Director of Operations, Sno-King Amateur Hockey Association. “Their platform has already exceeded our expectations, providing a seamless customer experience for our members and in-depth dashboards that allow us to make informed decisions about our programming. The Sprocket team has been a top-notch partner, managing all aspects of implementation in a collaborative and timely fashion.”
Sprocket Sports is equally excited about the partnership. “We are delighted to have been selected by Sno-King, a hockey powerhouse on the West Coast as well as a forward-thinking youth sports organization," said Rich Gallun, CEO, Sprocket Sports. “Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of technology, service and support, and we look forward to helping Sno-King continue to grow and provide quality programming for their customers.”
