Connor Marino is the Director of Coaching at Next Level Soccer Academy Surf in New Jersey. Marino is a former D1 college player, and college coach. In addition to his DOC role, he is also the ECNL-RL Director and leads the continued coach education pathway at the club. As a member of the first ever NLSA team, Connor is committed to creating a culture of connection and chemistry among his coaches and maintaining the club’s well-established core values. 

Ruben Vloedgraven | Director of Coaching, Westfield Soccer Association, NJ

Ruben Vloedgraven is the Director of Coaching at Westfield Soccer Association in New Jersey. Vloedgraven is an experienced USSF A licensed coach with both US and international coaching credentials. Since moving to the US, he has coached for several clubs throughout New Jersey. With a bachelor's degree in Education, Vloedgraven is passionate about the learning process and how best to interact with players and coaches to maximize their potential.

Joe Champion | Business Development, Sprocket Sports

Joe spent 15 years as a coach and DOC with El Dorado Hills SC in Northern California. During this time, he also ran a small business providing soccer services and consultancy to local organizations. Joe holds several coaching licenses, including his USSF A License certification and continues to coach in San Diego.
